Faith for Everyday Living

MUSE FTW!!!!

Hello people! Who would have thought that God would speak to me through christian page in facebook called Faith for Everyday Living. It was just a normal emo day as usual just like the past 3 weeks. I saw something in my facebook inbox, it was a message from Faith for Everyday Living:

“ Blessed is she who believed, for there will be a fulfillment of those things which were told her from the Lord’ Luke 1: 4

What thoughts are running through your mind this week? Are they thoughts of doubt or are they thoughts of faith? If you believed, that what you receive is directly related to what you believe, would you change your thoughts?

One of the biggest hindrance to Faith is our own Self Doubt. We wonder how ‘WE’ are going to make it happen. The Good News is that when your faith is in God, YOU don’t have to make it happen. That’s God’s job, our job is to believe his word.

Mary didn’t struggle to conceive a child, she just received the word of the Lord and his word was fulfilled in her life. Our impatience with God’s timing can cause us to make happen the work that only God can do for us and in us. Imagine if Mary had tried to solve the conception problem herself?!

When we take matters into our own hands we end up with a Hagar and Sarah conflict and create a thorn for our flesh, but when we wait for God, his timing is perfect and brings great blessings.

Isaiah 40:31
“But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”

Keys to faith: Do an audit on your thought life and get tough with unbelief. Write down scriptures that build faith and speak them out on a daily basis.

Carolyn.

When Jesus speaks the text is red =) Thanks Carolyn for that message, although i dunno who u are LOL! :D
